A holistic life coach works with and empowers the client to integrate the mind, body, and spirit to attune to the client’s inner guidance system to work toward overcoming challenges and achieving valued goals. Holistic life coaching uniquely contains the spirituality component that explores the deeper connections between people and the Universe.

Alyssa is an Advanced Certified Holistic Life Coach (Foundation for Holistic Life Coaching, Alan Cohen), Advanced Certified Akashic Records Practitioner (Center for Akashic Studies, Dr. Linda Howe), Reiki Practitioner (Usui System of Natural Healing), and a bachelor’s prepared RN specialized in neurology and intensive care.

What is energy healing?

The term energy medicine was coined in the 1980s to describe a form of alternative and complementary medicine. It is also known as energy healing, subtle energy healing, mind-body medicine, and vibrational medicine.

It is based on the study of the body’s energy field, which is believed to affect health and wellbeing. According to philosophies, both physical and mental conditions may arise when this energy is stuck or not flowing properly.

This energy is known as Chi, Qi, or prana in Ayurveda, and since ancient civilization, techniques have been developed to work with this energy to find balance and healing. The goal of energy healing is to restore the balance of energy to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Energy healing practices may involve physically touching the body, or working non-physically with the body’s energy, making distant healings possible.

Are services covered by health insurance?

Most mainstream health insurance providers do not cover the cost of life coaching due to the fact that coaching is not regulated by the state.

Currently Reiki is only covered by health insurance when it is part of a treatment such as physical therapy, massage, or palliative care that is covered by your insurance or when it is delivered by a nurse or licensed care professional as part of routine care during a hospital stay.

How do you accept payment?

The Soularium Collective, LLC accepts all major credit cards and payment through PayPal. Invoices and quotes are available upon request. Payment is required prior to receipt of service for sessions provided online.
