The Soularium Collective, LLC is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to share our services and products with you.

Soul Compass has carefully prepared the information provided to you, however our services, programs, and program materials are being provided as self-enhancement tools for your own use and for informational and educational purposes only. As there are many factors that influence results, no guarantees can be made as to the results you will experience through our coaching services and programs. You agree that The Soularium Collective, LLC is not responsible for your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, for your financial earnings or losses, or for any other result or outcome that you may experience. 

 You understand:

• You are fully responsible for your physical, mental and emotional well-being during your coaching sessions, including your choices and decisions.                                            

• Coaching is a Professional-Client relationship that is designed to facilitate the creation and enhancement of personal and professional goals and to develop and carry out a strategy or plan for achieving those goals.

• Coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of your life, including career, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. You acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching into those areas, and implement your choices is exclusively your responsibility.

• Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. You understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and you will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy. 

You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for yourself and all decisions made before, during and after your Service/Program. You accept full responsibility for your choices, actions and results before, during and after the Service/Program, and you knowingly assume all of the risks of the Service/Program related to your use, misuse, or non-use of the Service/Program or any of the Service/Program materials. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your results.

Section 3: Disclaimer and Release of Claims

Any recommendation of a product, service, or practice is simply offered for educational purposes. Nothing related to our services and programs is intended to be considered medical, mental health, legal, financial, or religious advice in any way. 

• Do not start or stop taking any medications or supplements without consulting your primary physician. **Many natural supplements interact with medications.

The Program/Service content and materials are being provided to you for your individual use only and with a single-user license, deeming you unauthorized to share, copy, sell, post, distribute, reproduce, duplicate, trade, resell, exploit, or otherwise disseminate any portion of the Program(s) or Service/Program materials, electronically or otherwise, for business or commercial use, without prior written permission from The Soularium Collective, LLC
