Group Reiki
A collective energy healing session where everyone pauses together, exhales, and resets. Expect deep calm, emotional relief, and that rare feeling of being completely held — no prior experience needed. Ideal for retreats, circles, and celebrations where you want a shared moment that brings your group closer.

Guided Group Meditation
Intentional, immersive, and led with warmth and expertise. Alyssa meets every guest exactly where they are — whether they've meditated a thousand times or never once closed their eyes on purpose. A grounding, beautiful experience that works as a standalone or as an opener to reiki therapy or ear seeding. Meditation theme is tailored to the host’s requested intention.

Individual Reiki Sessions
Alyssa sets up her massage table on-site — poolside, in the garden, on the patio — and offers private one-on-one reiki sessions to guests throughout your event. Guests drop in when they're ready, and the party carries on around them. It's the most luxurious activity you didn't know your celebration was missing.

Individual Ear Seeding
Ear seeds are tiny, beautiful wellness tools that adhere to specific pressure points on your outer ear. Rooted in Auriculotherapy, a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine, they act as gentle massagers for your nervous system. Think of them as acupressure you can wear to naturally balance your mind, body, and mood.

Prices are based on total length of services.
For individual reiki sessions, a minimum of 20 minutes is required per guest. Longer reiki sessions may be provided per guest as desired by host. For ear seeding, 10 minutes is required per guest.
